Faces Magneteyes Kajal: Review, Swatch

Hello there! There are many days when an Indian woman, even after getting late, will not skip her kajal. It is rather an essential. Personally, I am not a fan of a stark black kajal but I always prefer brown; be it a simple line or a smokey eyes brown is my colour. In the past, I have used Lakme Eyeconic and Maybelline Colossal kajal but neither of them succeeded to impress me in terms of wear time or pigmentation. Hence, my liking for brown increased forever more. However, about a month back, I had a whim of giving black kajal another try and hence was in search for an affordable kajal available in India. So I researched and stumbled upon Faces Magneteyes Kajal which is an affordable kajal and also very pigmented.

The packaging!

Packaging:

The kajal comes in a retractable red barrel (quite appealing to me). This kajal comes in a cardboard package (which I have already discarded).

Price:

175 INR

Review:

I love the pigmentation of this kajal. It is very affordable and easily available in the market. I have oily lids so it stays for about 6 hours but if I use a compact powder then it stays for about 8 hours. If you have oily skin, try using a powder before applying this in the waterline to extend its staying power and avoid smudging. Keeping this downside aside, I love this kajal for its pigmentation.

Pros:

  • Very good pigmentation
  • Affordable
  • Easily available
  • Waterproof
  • Stays for about 6 hours before it starts smudging
  • Dermatologically tested
  • Easily available

Cons:

  • Smudges a little (can be used in waterline if it is set with a black eyeshadow)

Final Verdict:

4/5
Very pigmented at very affordable price. Although I wish it was totally smudge proof.

Faces Magneteyes Dramatic Volumizing Mascara - Review, Swatches

Hey everyone! I am writing down after ages. So I am starting anew with reviewing a mascara. Thank you so much if you're a returning reader. Cheers! Well, I believe, mascara is one independent component of makeup which pretty much turns around the whole look. These short shelf-lived warriors are must-haves and definitely be replaced every six months. And for that very reason, I rely on affordable ones. With so many brands now being available at our fingertips, across multiple channels, buyers are challenged to pick the best ones for themselves. Maybelline and Essence are known for their excellent collections of mascaras and influencers make us buy them. Today I'm sharing a lesser-known mascara from Faces Canada. It is from the range of Magneteyes. While I'm a big-time fan of the Faces Magneteyes Kajal , I had to try the Faces Magneteyes Mascara as well. Packaging: It is red a tube and has no non-sense packaging. The wand is pretty fat and has synthetic bristles, ...

Suncros Aquagel SPF 26 Review

Hello everyone. Today I'm going to review a sunscreen which is the Suncros Aquagel Sunscreen with spf 26. Of late I am only using products that are paraben free. As most of you know, paraben is a class of compounds that are used in cosmetics as a preservative. Although parabens help to keep our makeup and skin care products bacteria free, however it is said cause hormonal disturbance in our body. Hence, I prefer to be on the safer  side. I have used sunscreens from Lakme, Lotus, Khadi, Neutrogena and they all contain paraben. The Khadi sunscreen claims to be paraben free but I don't like its texture. On much research and consultation with a dermatologist I came across Suncros sunscreen. Suncros Aquagel Spf 26 Now, Suncros has many variants of sunscreens. You can find both cream and gel formulae sunscreens. Although this one has the term "gel"  in it, but the texture is actually that of a cream.  Packaging:   The sunscreen comes in a cubical ...
