I was long looking for a warm brown (almost terracotta) eyeshadow and this is just the perfect one. The pigmentation is good and can be built as required. I primarily use this as my transition shade to blend the colours or even just on the lids to have some colour. It is completely matte and has no fall out. Hi everyone! I am yet again reviewing another product from Essence. I have been waiting too long to review this mascara. This is the third consecutive Essence product that I will be reviewing. Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've reviewed a product and today I'm going to review the Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil in the shade Ms Moneypenny. It is smudge proof and water proof once it dries. On my waterline it lasts for 4

Affordable makeup brush

Hello pretty ones! Today I'll be sharing my experience of a foundation brush from Amazon. I am no pro at makeup and I am ever learning this art. So, to begin with I am currently opting for tools that are affordable yet does the job nicely, if not perfectly. I believe, if you love makeup and has just started using makeup, you may have come across this brush. And why not? It's pretty much popular with beginners. Generic Face Brush The brush I'm talking about is a dense and stout face brush. It's from a brand called Generic and they describe it as a powder or blush brush. Of course, this can be used as compact powder or blush brush but it is not as fluffy as a powder brush should be. This brush is not exactly a flat top kabuki brush but has a slight curve. Not a flat-top brush! I use it to blend my foundation and it does blend quite seamlessly. This brush is ideal if you use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation or any other foundation with similar formu

Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows

I love eyeshadows till death parts us. I have a whole lot of adrenaline rush when I see, read or even think of eyeshadows. Unfortunately, I don't own a whole lot of eyeshadows. I don't even own a single palette or a quad. That's mainly because either I don't like the assortment of colours or the price and even the presence of parabens makes me cross off a palette/quad from my list. Hence, I am more on collecting single eyeshadows. Making my own palette is expensive but that way I exactly know what colours I will use and buy according to my taste. Colourpop has become a sensation. Be it the Super Shock Eyeshadows or Lipsticks, every girl needs them in their vanity. And why not? They are super affordable. Although Colourpop ships to India but I decided to get a few eyeshadows from an Instagram seller when they were on sale. The two shades I got are Wattles and Weenie. Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows Left: Wattles Right: Weenie Packaging: The eyeshadows come

Miss Claire Orange Corrector/Concealer

It's review time again. Due to my increasing dark circles, I bought an orange corrector to diminish/hide them. Clinique, NYX, LA Girl, Kryolan and many other brands have orange corrector. I intended to buy the Kryolan one but they have increased the price of the 4 grams pot from 350 INR to 750 INR (I inquired in some stores at New Market). So finally I bought the Miss Claire one. I wasn't too keen on getting it as I know most of the Miss Claire products contain parabens; to my sweet surprise, this didn't. Packaging:  The corrector comes in a small, transparent, acrylic pot with a black cap. The pot is compact and travel friendly. Packaging of Miss Claire Orange Corrector Ingredients List: Ingredients List Quantity:  6 grams Price:  250 INR The product! Review:  The first thing you will notice on opening the pot is that it is too orange but on blending it becomes a light orange more with yellow undertones. Since this has a strong yellow

Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Face Wash Review

Hello everyone. While I was browsing Nykaa and trying to add something to my cart to avoid paying shipping charges, I found a new face wash: Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Face Wash. I am a regular user of the Lacto Calamine Lotion for Oily Skin and on seeing a new launch from the same brand made me buy the face wash. On a regular basis I use a face wash that has been prescribed by my dermatologist. Packaging:  The face wash comes in a squeeze tube form and came wrapped with a clear film on the cap. The nozzle was sealed with a foil cap. Quantity:  50ml Price:  80 INR Ingredients: Lacto Calamine Face wash ingredients Claims: 3 way action for oil balance. 1. Inglot Freedom System Concealer - MW100

Review time. And this time it's a concealer. I never used concealers before but after I got this I must say I quite enjoy concealing. Now, there are many budget concealers available in the market but I chose Inglot over most others because I believe Inglot concealers are not too talked about and I wanted to experiment as I have no frame of reference to judge it. I will not say that I'm too happy with the concealer mainly because I chose a wrong shade for concealing (thanks to the SA as well!) and it creases a little when used around the eyes. But it works as a highlighting concealer for me, so that's good. The shade that I got is MW100. Packaging:  Since it is from the Freedom System so it comes in a metal square pan which is meant to be stored in a Z-palette. I don't have a Z-palette so I've stored it in an old compact case. The pan was enclosed in a hard plastic cover which came in a black cardboard box.   The packaging The pan (look at the damag
