Best Face wash for Oily Skin in India

Here I am today with the best face washes for oily skin or top 5 face washes for oily skin . Indian summers are hot and humid and leaves no chance of peace for oily and combination skinned beauties. So my quest for a face wash apt for my oily skin is always on. Although my skin is pretty oily but my choice of face wash is in accordance to the time of the day I use them or the purpose. Let me explain this way.... When using a face wash is the morning, I prefer it to be one that removes my oil from the core that accumulates over the night. My oil cleansed skin is then pampered by a light day cream followed by a sunscreen I usually don't use face washes at office but when I do I go for a face wash that is removes the oil but doesn't rip the moisture from my face I prefer a face wash that has lemon or orange as an ingredient when I get back home as it helps in de-tanning my face When travelling, I prefer carrying 2 face washes - an anti tanning one and a deep c...

Nykaa Rock The Line Kajal - Review, Swatch

Hi everyone, today I am reviewing the Nykaa Rock The Line Kajal. Now you might be surprised to know the I just picked up this kajal as one fine day I had a whim of buying something and that something went on to be 4 things: 2 kajal pencils (one from Nykaa and the other from LA girl), a nail paint (from Essence) and a pack of cotton pads. Not that I needed any of those but you might know that us, the women folk, can be little frivolous when it comes to shopping. BTW, I got everything from Nykaa. I picked up this kajal because of the packaging (I love the colours used).    Nykaa Rock The Line Kajal   Packaging: The kajal comes in a retractable pink barrel with a black cap (looks pretty). HealthVit Bath & Body Tea Tree Body & Face Cream

Hello lovelies! Today I am reviewing a moisturizer: HealthVit Bath & Body Tea Tree Body & Face Cream. I had purchased this in the month of November anticipating the dry winter to take a toll on my skin. I generally have combination to oily skin all through the year except in the winter. However, this winter my skin was more on the normal side than drier. The only moisturizer that I use, irrespective of the season, is my Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. Despite having oily skin, I really enjoy keeping my skin hydrated as it also helps to check further oil secretion. I came to know about the brand, HealthVit, from Nykaa when I was searching for a facewash, which is indeed a very good facewash. Hence, this brand a rather good impression to me.   HealthVit Bath & Body Tea Tree Body & Face Cream About HealthVit: HealthVit is a part of West-Coast Pharmaceutical Works Ltd. and primarily manufactures natural health and dietary supplements, personal care products, ...

Faces Magneteyes Kajal: Review, Swatch

Hello there! There are many days when an Indian woman, even after getting late, will not skip her kajal. It is rather an essential. Personally, I am not a fan of a stark black kajal but I always prefer brown; be it a simple line or a smokey eyes brown is my colour. In the past, I have used Lakme Eyeconic and Maybelline Colossal kajal but neither of them succeeded to impress me in terms of wear time or pigmentation. Hence, my liking for brown increased forever more. However, about a month back, I had a whim of giving black kajal another try and hence was in search for an affordable kajal available in India. So I researched and stumbled upon Faces Magneteyes Kajal which is an affordable kajal and also very pigmented. The packaging! Packaging: The kajal comes in a retractable red barrel (quite appealing to me). This kajal comes in a cardboard package (which I have already discarded). Quantity: 0.35 grams Twist up pen! Price: 175 INR Review: I love the pigme...

Review: I have short and sparse eye lashes. The mascara has a thick formula which barely has any fragrance. The wand is suitable to be used on both the upper lashes as well as the lower lashes. Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've reviewed a product and today I'm going to review the Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil in the shade Ms Moneypenny. How are you all doing gals? I am currently obsessed with lip liners. Yes, I use them not only as a lip liner but also as a lip colour or lipstick. This particular one is from a brand called Essence which is available on Amazon and Nykaa. I chose the shade Satin Mauve to give this line a shot. From the day I received this, I've been addicted to this lip liner. And why not? This is just fantastic. Let me make a point right here itself: do buy this lip liner if you're addicted to lip liners. Affordable makeup brush

Hello pretty ones! Today I'll be sharing my experience of a foundation brush from Amazon. I am no pro at makeup and I am ever learning this art. So, to begin with I am currently opting for tools that are affordable yet does the job nicely, if not perfectly. I believe, if you love makeup and has just started using makeup, you may have come across this brush. And why not? It's pretty much popular with beginners. Generic Face Brush The brush I'm talking about is a dense and stout face brush. It's from a brand called Generic and they describe it as a powder or blush brush. Of course, this can be used as compact powder or blush brush but it is not as fluffy as a powder brush should be. This brush is not exactly a flat top kabuki brush but has a slight curve. Not a flat-top brush! I use it to blend my foundation and it does blend quite seamlessly. This brush is ideal if you use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation or any other foundation with similar formu...

Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows

I love eyeshadows till death parts us. I have a whole lot of adrenaline rush when I see, read or even think of eyeshadows. Unfortunately, I don't own a whole lot of eyeshadows. I don't even own a single palette or a quad. That's mainly because either I don't like the assortment of colours or the price and even the presence of parabens makes me cross off a palette/quad from my list. Hence, I am more on collecting single eyeshadows. Making my own palette is expensive but that way I exactly know what colours I will use and buy according to my taste. Colourpop has become a sensation. Be it the Super Shock Eyeshadows or Lipsticks, every girl needs them in their vanity. And why not? They are super affordable. Although Colourpop ships to India but I decided to get a few eyeshadows from an Instagram seller when they were on sale. The two shades I got are Wattles and Weenie. Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows Left: Wattles Right: Weenie Packaging: The eyeshadows come...

I have been using them since last year and these brushes are enough to get your eye makeup done quite flawlessly. Affordable Eye Makeup Brushes So, the first brush that I'm going to share is an angular brush from Vega. Now, Vega is a very common affordable and popular brand for makeup tools. I use this brush for various purposes like filling my eyebrows(with powder product only) and smoking my lash line. So let's see what are the other good things about this brush: Very affordable (price - 90 INR) No shedding of bristles (even after washing thoroughly) The tip of the brush is thin and the slant is apt, giving us a good control over its use Doesn't look cheap Easily available in local stores and online Bristles are smooth and soft and doesn't poke my eyes It has sy...
